Getting Started.
Go to https://findmynappy.sacnu.com
We will be using the abbreviation “FMN” to describe “Find My Nappy”.
Click on the arrow next to “My account”.
A sub menu “Retailer Account” will appear. Click on it. See Illustration 1 (computer view).

On your mobile, tap on “Menu” and then “Retailer Account”. See Illustration 2 (mobile view).

Select “Free Trial”. (The Free Trial option is only available until end September 2017.)
Fill out the Account information.
Username:
We recommend that you use your Business Name as username. You can’t use spaces in your username, but you can use a dash instead of a space. Example, if your business name is “Down Soft Nappies” you can enter it as “Down-soft-nappies” or “Downsoftnappies”.
Password:
Your password should contain letters, numbers and special characters, example “P@ssw0rd”. You will need to confirm your password by retyping it in the “Confirm Password” field.
E-mail address:
Please double check you typed in your e-mail address correct.
Continue filling out the requested information:
Retailer: Type in the name of your business (you can use spaces here).
Website: Fill out your website address. If you do not have a website, you can type in your Facebook page address (example: www.facebook.com/downsoftnappies)
Description: Describe your business. What you type here will be viewable to the public when viewing your section in FMN (it can be edited at a later stage).
Please read the terms & conditions and tick the box if you agree.
Click on “Submit and Confirm” once complete.
You will get the following confirmation:
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your request to register has been received. It will look similar to this one:
SACNU admins will approve your membership after which you will receive an e-mail to confirm your approval.
The e-mail which confirms you have been approved, will look like this:
